Floors are load-bearing horizontal enclosing structures. They divide the internal space of the building into separate zones, absorb the load from internal structures and interior items, and provide lateral rigidity. Floor structures can be stone, brick, reinforced concrete, metal, plastic, or combined. The choice of material depends on the height of the floors, their purpose (interfloor, attic, basement) and other characteristics.
For floor formwork, depending on the task, different construction equipment can be used. In monolithic construction, the most popular are volumetric racks of floor formwork and telescopic racks.
